Nestle CSPP Preschool, Part-Day Program

Nestle California State Preschool Program (CSPP) Full Day

The Nestle Preschool CSPP Full Day Program is a six-hour educational program for children ages three and four years old providing personalized learning experiences before children enter kindergarten. This program is for qualifying families and located on the Nestle Ave. Charter Elementary Campus.

Toilet Training Requirement

Children are required to attain independence in toileting habits without the aid of diapers. Although we know children of this age will have occasional accidents, consistent issues during the school day is cause for termination of services.

Income Qualifying Guidelines

Children aged 2–4 qualify based on income (typically 70% of the state median income), with priority for 4-year-olds, foster children, and special needs, including non-potty-trained children.

Key Qualifying Guidelines
  • Age Requirements: Children must be 3, or 4 years old.
  • Income Eligibility: Families must meet state income ceilings, which vary by family size (e.g., a family of 4 must have a monthly income below roughly $10,612)

  • Priority Enrollment: Children receiving protective services, at risk of abuse/neglect, or with exceptional needs (IEP) are prioritized.
