Nestle Parent Bulletin (May 23rd, 2022) Nestle Ave ES

Hello Nestle Neutrons, I hope you're having an enjoyable weekend.  This coming week, Nestle's student council has created Spirit Week. Here are the Spirit Days for this week: Monday: Anything but a backpack day.  Tuesday: Dress up like someone else day.  Wednesday: Twin Day.  Thursday: Bring your favorite stuffed animal day.  Friday: Let's Do Lunch.  We look forward to seeing everyone's creativity. Thursday, Nestle's PSW, Kimberley Hirsch and Parent Center Director, Teresa Luu will host parents for our first live, in-person Parent Workshop, Thursday, 8:30 am right after drop-off in the auditorium.  The Topic is: The Importance of Mental Health and Its Impact on Student Learning.  We hope you can join us for this very important topic.  Friday, we hope to see you at Let's Do Lunch. Bring lunch for your student and join the adults afterwards for dessert.  Mingle with staff, meet other parents and enjoy a variety of desserts. A recent Negative Covid test (PCR or Antigen) is required. An acceptable time frame is within a week of the event.  Also no non-Nestle students will be allowed due to Covid precautions. Our students are all tested weekly and we monitor their health status. Hopefully by next year, with fewer Covid restrictions, we can be more open during Valentine's Day, Lunch Bunch, so younger siblings can be allowed. Have a great week!!!
