PTA - 5th Grade Graduation T-Shirt Order (DUE by February 11th)

5th grade parents, please turn in your graduation forms by Feb. 11 so we can order your graduate a class shirt and start preparing for culmination.  Make it a year to remember and order them a congratulatory banner as well.
