Textbook Collection Schedule
In-person Collection:
Tuesday, June 8th: Mr. Weatherman’s in-person cohort
Wednesday, June 9th: Ms. Maggin’s in-person cohort
Thursday, June 10th: Ms. Van’s in-person cohort and grades K-4
Friday, June 11th: Collection of devices from in-person cohorts that didn’t bring them on Thursday
Teachers: Please remind your in-person students the day before to bring their devices, chargers and Wi-Fi-Hot Spots with them for collection the next day.
If students forget on Thursday to bring them, please write down their names and tell me so I can call parents to remind them to send it with the student on Friday.
Remote Collection:
Friday, June 11th: Collection of remote devices and books in the afternoon after remote instruction has ended at the 2nd grade gate from 2pm to 4pm
Mon., June 14th: Collection of remote devices and books from room 19 (8 to 12pm)
Tue., June 15th: Collection of remote devices and books from room 19 (8 to 12pm)
Wed., June 16th: Collection of remote devices and books from room 19 (8 to 12pm)
Teachers: Please tell your remote students they can start returning the devices, chargers, Wi-Fi-hot spots and textbooks to the second-grade gate starting on Friday afternoon and collection will continue on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week from 8am to 12pm from room 19.
